Superseed was an OP Stack Ethereum Layer 2 in the Superchain, with ETH as its gas token, built around self-repaying loans funded by sequencer fees. The team deprecated the L2 and moved its products to Ethereum mainnet, with the bridging deadline on August 15, 2026.

About Superseed

Superseed mainnet went live in spring 2025 as an optimistic rollup posting data to Ethereum as blobs. Its design directed sequencer fees toward repaying user debt, with the SUPR token acting as Supercollateral for interest-free loans. In 2026 the team announced it would shut down the L2 and relaunch lending markets and a suprUSD stablecoin directly on Ethereum.

The bridge window to Ethereum closed after August 15, 2026, and a snapshot of the final state was taken at block 31,688,848. Developers should treat the chain as deprecated: use it only for historical reads, and do not deploy new contracts or send funds to it.
