Zora is a Layer 2 (OP Stack optimistic rollup, Optimism Superchain), with ~~2 seconds block times and soft confirmation in seconds; hard finality after the optimistic challenge window settles to ethereum l1 finality. That cadence sets how frequently new-block subscriptions fire.
