1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SwiftNodes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwiftNodes provides blockchain RPC proxy services, allowing developers to send JSON-RPC requests to various blockchain networks through our infrastructure. We act as an intermediary between your application and public blockchain nodes.

3. Account and API Keys

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys
  • You are responsible for all activity under your API keys
  • You must not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code
  • We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are abused or compromised

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal activity
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication
  • Resell the Service without authorization
  • Send requests designed to disrupt the Service or upstream nodes
  • Use the Service to perform denial-of-service attacks against any party
  • Scan or probe the infrastructure for vulnerabilities

5. Rate Limits

Each plan has defined rate limits. Exceeding these limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent or deliberate abuse of rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API keys.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid subscriptions can be paid by credit or debit card, or in cryptocurrency (ETH, BNB, USDT, USDC)
  • Card subscriptions renew automatically (monthly, 6-month, or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period
  • Cryptocurrency payments are one-time and do not auto-renew; renewals extend from your current expiry date
  • Card payments may be refunded at our discretion. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable once processed on-chain
  • For cryptocurrency subscriptions, downgrades are not permitted while a subscription is active. Card subscriptions can be changed from the billing portal, with proration handled by our payment processor
  • When a subscription expires or is cancelled, your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the paid period

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on third-party blockchain nodes and infrastructure. We are not liable for outages, latency, or errors caused by upstream providers, blockchain network issues, or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SwiftNodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, missed transactions, or incorrect data.

9. Data Accuracy

We proxy requests to blockchain nodes and return their responses without modification. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data returned by upstream nodes. You are responsible for verifying critical data independently.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
