HashKey Group launched the HashKey Chain mainnet in December 2024, shortly after announcing a $50 million Atlas Grant Program for builders. The chain is positioned as a compliance-focused, institutional OP Stack network linking traditional finance and Web3. L2BEAT notes that its fault proof system is deployed but not functional, so state validation currently relies on permissioned operators.
