eth_getLogs
Returns the event logs that match a filter: a block range (fromBlock/toBlock or a single blockHash), optional contract addresses, and up to four topic positions. It is how indexers, dashboards and wallets read token transfers, swaps and any other contract event without replaying transactions.
The method is part of the core JSON-RPC spec, so the question is rarely whether a chain serves it but how much it serves per call. Every node caps the block span or the result size, and the caps differ widely: we have measured 200 blocks on Ronin, 10,000 on Kava and 50,000 on opBNB. Page through long histories in windows below the chain's cap, filter by address wherever you can, and use archive=1 on paid plans when the range reaches far into the past.
